Sardines in lemon-oregano

Preparation
- Clean fish, if desired, remove center bone. Place in baking pan.
- Separately mix the Extra Virgin Olive Oil with lemon juice, adding all the ingredients.
- Pour over fish and cook in oven 170°C for 20 minutes adding some water if necessary.
