Preparation
- Mix olive oil with sugar.
- Add eggs and brandy. Slowly add flour. Knead till mixture doesn’t stick.
- Add almonds and cinnamon.
- Shape into oblong or round cakes and bake on greased baking pan for 20 min.
- Let cool and sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar.
